Payment Management

  • Payment Management Include Rental, Utilities & Maintenance fees Payment
  • Collecting Official Rental Receipts from Landlords for Corporate
  • Prepare Monthly Rental Payment Management Chart 15 days before Payment Month
  • Prepay the Utilities & Maintenance fees for the clients and get reimbursement from Corporate every month
  • Prepay the 1st month rental & deposit for Corporate
  • Negotiate Corporate/Bank Guarantee Letter instead
  • Cash Deposit for Corporate

Immigration Documentation Management

  • Establish & Update Immigration Documentation Management Chart
  • Conduct all the paper work & Process to obtain Visa, Residence Permits & Work Permits
  • Conduct Visa, Residence Permits & Work Permits Documents Renew & Termination
  • Inform Corporate HR of most updated Government Regulation
